Mornington Basketball supports both Metropolitan and Country Basketballers on their player pathway. We select and send a number of talented young basketballers to Basketball Victoria Metropolitan and Country selection events in order to prepare players for state and national level programs.

Registered Breakers players are eligible for either Vic Metro or Vic Country team selections. Those players that live on the north side of Bentons Rd. (i.e. Mornington), are only eligible for Metro selections. Players that live on south side (i.e. Mt Martha) are only eligible for Country selections. See map below.

Please contact the MDBA General Manager if you are unsure of your eligibility. All nominations must be endorsed by the players Coach and approved by MDBA Management prior to submission.
